What Does FixRoof’s Workmanship Warranty Cover?
Every full residential roof replacement, including metal roofing, includes FixRoof’s lifetime workmanship warranty. This coverage addresses installation defects and is transferable under the written warranty’s terms. Manufacturer warranties are separate. Manufacturer Warranties
FixRoof registers your Atlas manufacturer warranty for you. Your Atlas warranty can be transferred once to a subsequent property owner, subject to Atlas’s transfer requirements. Coverage depends on the selected shingles, installed system, and issued warranty. A qualifying Atlas Signature Select PRO 50 system may provide a 50-year non-prorated period for covered manufacturing defects, including the labor and materials specified in its terms. Manufacturer coverage does not cover every cause of roof damage and is separate from FixRoof’s lifetime workmanship warranty. Owens Corning warranty coverage, registration, and transfer requirements depend on the selected products and warranty. We identify those terms separately in your proposal; the Atlas terms above do not apply to Owens Corning products.
