Since 1992, we have provided inspections, maintenance, and roof repairs across Mid-Michigan. Every completed roof repair includes a complimentary FixRoof Roof Care Visit the following year. We reinspect the repaired area and the rest of the roof, perform qualifying minor maintenance from the Roof Tune-Up checklist, clean gutters and downspouts, and provide photos and findings. $199 Roof Tune-Up + Gutter Cleaning
Book one combined service for $199: roof inspection, qualifying minor repairs, gutter and downspout cleaning, and a photo report. We confirm the included building and scope before booking. Larger repairs require a separate estimate and your approval. See the full package details before scheduling. The $199 package applies to residential properties only.

Preventative Maintenance

Our $199 Roof Tune-Up + Gutter Cleaning combines inspection, qualifying minor repairs, gutter cleaning, and a photo report. The package includes replacement of up to five missing or badly damaged shingles where appropriate; larger repairs are quoted separately. The $199 package applies to residential properties only.
